Payment methods
Promo Plus works on an order-and-invoice basis: prices are agreed through a quote request and payment is made using the methods below. No online payments are taken on this site.

1.Bank transfer
The standard payment method is bank transfer against the invoice issued by SC PROMO PLUS SRL (VAT no. RO3903674). The bank account and all the details needed for payment are printed on the invoice.
Please quote the invoice number in the payment details so the payment can be allocated correctly.
2.Cash
Cash payment is possible on delivery or at our premises in Suceava, within the limits set by Law no. 70/2015 on cash operations.
3.Payment terms for partners
For clients with a partnership contract — store networks, distributors, retailers — payment terms and conditions are those set out in the contract. For details, contact our sales team on 0741 213 959 or office@promoplus.ro.
4.Invoicing
Invoices are issued electronically and submitted through the national RO e-Factura system, as required by law, and also sent by email to the address provided by the client. Please check that the billing details you give us are correct and complete.
5.No online payments on this site
This site is a presentation catalogue: it has no shopping cart and does not collect card details. We will never ask for your card details by email or phone. Flamex products can be ordered online at flamex.ro, where that shop's own payment terms apply.
